MEET THE TEAM

My venture into creating JOURNEY 2 S.E.L.F. LLC began with a deep need to pull myself out of the very dark place I had fallen into, as a culmination of life hardships piled upon me all at once. Processing that I had been living with undiagnosed Borderline Personality Disorder, coupled with being stuck in a domestic violence relationship during the pandemic lockdown, all while knowing my biological father was fighting a losing battle to cancer and Covid was stealing my opportunity to say goodbye; I became lost in life.

 

It was during this time, in my desperate need to find hope and healing, that I began to explore spirituality. I turned to simple, meaningful rituals to reconnect with myself—lighting candles to set intentions, burning incense to clear my mind, using oils and smudging to cleanse and purify my energy. I also learned how to heal and balance my own energies and chakras through reiki and crystal healing practices, which became transformative in my journey toward inner peace.

 

These daily acts of self-care and self-love allowed me to slowly emerge from the darkness and depression. As I embraced these healing practices, I realized that spirituality could be a powerful force for change, not just for myself but for others who might feel lost or broken. This realization fueled my desire to create JOURNEY 2 S.E.L.F. LLC, a business dedicated to offering the very products and rituals that helped me heal—candles, incense, oils, and more—while supporting others on their own path to self-care and healing.

 

Today, as I work toward obtaining my certifications in Reiki and Crystal Healing, I am eager to extend these services to my clients, providing even more tools for spiritual and emotional support. My personal journey from darkness to light has shaped my commitment to building and giving back to a spiritual community where others can find their own peace, healing, and fulfillment.
